Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed RMA slip inside the box for faster processing.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
